SAKAN LodgeTerms of Service
These terms apply to the SAKAN Lodge website and its internal accommodation management application. They do not replace or vary any signed residential tenancy, rooming house, or accommodation agreement.
Website information
Website content is provided for general information and may change. Property availability, pricing, and arrangements are subject to confirmation and any applicable written agreement.
Authorised administrator access
The management application is restricted to approved SAKAN Lodge administrators. Users must keep their credentials secure, access only information necessary for legitimate business activities, and comply with applicable privacy and tenancy laws.
Tenant communications
Authorised administrators may compose and send accommodation-related emails using the official SAKAN Lodge sender account when the integration is enabled. Messages must be reviewed before sending, use accurate recipient information, and respect confidentiality. The application must not be used for spam, misleading messages, or unauthorised disclosure of personal information.
Availability and accuracy
We aim to keep our systems accurate and available but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service or error-free information. Administrators should verify important financial and tenancy details against source records.
Applicable law
These terms are governed by applicable laws of South Australia and Australia. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
